Lamb Spaghetti Recipe


Here is Chefs lamb spaghetti bolognese recipe.

This is a very tasty dish that is especially good for people who love spaghetti but not rich tomato sauces and beef.

Chef uses a wonderful combination of vegetables that compliment both the lamb and spaghetti in this delicious lamb spaghetti bolonese recipe.

It tastes so very delicious, this recipe is packed with flavour and is easy to cook.





Ingredients for Chef Jeenas Lamb Spaghetti Recipe
1 Pack Lean Minced Lamb
1 Large Zucchini/Courgette (diced)
2 Peeled Tomatoes
3 Mushrooms (diced)
1/2 Small Leek (diced)
1 Medium Onion (diced)
1/2 Sweet Red Pepper (diced)
2 Medium Carrots (grated)
3-4 Garlic Cloves (grated/minced)
Small Pinch Dried Thyme
Large Pinch Dried Basil
Few Drops Worcester Sauce
Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper
Water


Getting Started on Chef Jeenas Lamb Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe


Take large pan and gently fry the onions in some olive oil.

Add the minced lamb and chop at it with your spatula.



Add the chopped leeks and minced garlic.



Keep gently browning the mince.

Add all the dried herbs.



Stir in the zucchini/courgette , grated carrots and red pepper.

Stir well.



Add a little water.

The more water you add the more of a loose sauce there will be. Remember that vegetables cook down into a water.

Stir well.



Add the mushrooms and tomatoes.

Stir well.



Cover with a lid on and simmer for 8-10 minutes.



Add salt and black pepper to season.




Once cooked you can eat as it is or thicken with flour and butter.





Your lamb spaghetti recipe is ready to eat.

Serve with freshly cooked spaghetti and fresh crispy bread.
