Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscuits Recipe


Wholewheat biscuits, peanut butter biscuits and chocolate biscuits are all so very tasty so why not combine them together to make a tasty chocolate peanut butter bite?

Wel Chef has and these chocolate peanut butter biscuits are very scrumptious indeed.

This recipe is very easy to bake, even coating the peanut bites with chocolate is easy.

These delicious chocolate coated peanut butter biscuits are great fun to make and tasty to eat, there will only be crumbs left when you share these delicious cookies.





Ingredients for chocolate peanut biscuit recipe

2oz Sunflower Margarine
1 oz Peanut Butter
3oz Sugar
4oz Self Raising Flour
2oz Wheat Germ
2oz Self Wholewheat Raising Flour
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Cold Water
1 Large Bar Chocolate

Don't you just love the look of the melted chocolate setting onto the wholesome nutty biscuit?




How to make chocolate peanut butter cookies


Take a large mixing bowl and place in 1oz peanut butter, 3oz sugar and 2oz margarine, mix well.



Add the egg, wholewheat flour, self raising flour and wheat germ.

Mix thoroughly.



Add 1 Tbsp of peanut butter and 1 Tbsp of cold water to loosen up the biscuit mixture.

Mix together using your hands.



Shape pieces of the peanut butter biscuit mixture into small balls.



Place the peanut butter balls onto a greased and floured baking tray being sure to leave a fair gap between each one.




Take a fork and gently press the back of it onto the peanut butter ball.


You want to slightly flatten the ball and leave an imprint of lines from the fork.

Place into a hot oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until golden.



Once cooked leave for a minute or two then gently remove the peanut butter biscuits and leave to fully cool on a cooling rack.



How to coat peanut biscuits with chocolate

Fill a small pan with water approximately one quarter full.

Place a small bowl on top of the pan.

Gently heat the water on low.

Place the chocolate pieces into the bowl and melt.



When the chocolate is fully melted gently dip the biscuits flat side down into the chocolate.



Place onto some greaseproof paper and leave to cool and set.



Store in an air tight conatiner in a cool place.

I dont get wholewheat flour and wheat germ here..is there any replacement for that.
