This recipe is easy and delicious. The taste of salmon, yellow pepper and Bulgar wheat in your mouth is a wonderful food experience!
Bulgar Wheat
Yellow Pepper/Capsicum
Tined Red Salmon
Olive Oil
Cherry Tomatoes
Salt to season
First cover your acquired amount of Bulgar wheat in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil, once boiling cover with a lid and turn down the heat for 10 minutes or until fluffy and cooked. Once cooked add and stir in some salt to season then drain in a sieve.Keep the same pan on a high heat and return the Bulgar wheat to the pan. Stir round for a minute or two and drizzle some olive oil and mix in well. (it is ready when it has a sticky kind of texture and kind of clumps together) This doesn't take very long, it just takes the moistness away so it's perfect for your salad.
Open your salmon and put on a plate with your yellow pepper, add a few cherry tomatoes and Enjoy! Display your salad as your like! :)
