Easy Garlic Bread Recipe

This recipe tasted so good that I opened the second pizza base and whipped up another garlic bread straight after eating the first!

It tastes fantastic, melt in the mouth garlic and tomatoes on a crispy edged bread!

Here is my quick snack recipe for garlic bread...

Ingredients for quick snack garlic bread recipe..

1 Premade Pizza Base
3 Garlic Cloves (crushed/grated)
1 Tbsp Sunflower Margarine
Pinch Dried Basil
Pinch Salt
Water

Getting started on Jeenas quick snack garlic pizza bread recipe..

First feel the texture of your premade pizza base, if it is dry they run cold water over the top of it by running it under the tap.

Place onto a pizza tray with holes.

Mix together the garlic, basil and margarine.

Rub the butter all over the pizza base.

Top with sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with salt.

Place into a hot oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Now your delicious quick garlic bread is ready, slice and serve.

I do really love simple recipes, based on good quality ingredients¡¡
When garlic and tomatoes are paired, then what would goes better than a pizza base? this is really a "mediterranean" way of cooking, no more than 5 ingredients and ready... it feels like if you would be here in Mallorca cooking for friends.
Thanks.
