Coconut and White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe


Chocolate chip cookies are really tasty, there are so many different versions of cookie recipe out there.

White chocolate and coconut are a perfect combination for a cookie recipe.

These cookies have a golden crisp edge and soft, chewy texture, taste really delicious and are simple to bake.

Chefs cookies are also egg free/eggless so its a great cookie recipe for anyone that does not eat eggs.




Ingredients for Coconut and White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

4oz Caster Sugar
5oz Sunflower Margarine
1 Large Tbsp Golden Syrup
3oz White Chocolate Chips
6oz Self Raising Flour
2oz Desiccated Coconut
Tiny Pinch of Cardamon Powder (optional)

How to make White Chocolate Chip and Coconut Cookies


Cream together margarine, sugar and syrup.



If desired add a very small pinch of cardamon powder (optional).



Add the white chocolate chips and flour.

Mix well.



Place spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto a greased and floured baking tray.

Put into a hot oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until golden.



Once cooked leave cookies for one minute only then/or take straight off the oven tray with a thin spatula.



Cool on a cooling rack.

My MIL would love these! She can't eat eggs, but she loves cookies. They really look delicious! I like to put coconut in regular chocolate chip cookies too.

Jeena the cookies looks so good.
Will try them in winter, i amprohibited by my hubby to bake in summer. He says i should make fruit salades.
So i will make these cookies in october

two of my favorite dessert components are coconut and white chocolate, so a batch of these cookies would last about 17 minutes in my house. :)

These look delicious - and even though I have no probs with eggs, there are times when you don't have an egg in the house - and you could still make these!!
