This Chicken Madras Recipe is absolutely delicious.
The ingredients are so wonderfully combined to give the chicken madras the beautiful aromatic flavour.
The curry itself is cooked in the same manner as Chefs chicken korma recipe, but without the creamy coconut and sweetness.
