Vegan Whipped Cream Recipe


This recipe is very delicious and melts in the mouth.

Ingredients for Vegan Whipped Cream Recipe
1 Pack Silken Tofu
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 Tin Coconut Milk (I used light coconut milk)


When you open a tin of coconut milk you will find thick creamed milk at the top of the tin. If you find only a little of the thick milk you can refridgerate the milk then scoop off the 1/4 of thick milk cream that you need for this recipe.



How to make Vegan Whipped Cream



In a blender mix the sugar and silken tofu together.



Add the coconut cream and vanilla and blend into a smooth thick cream.



Pour into a dish and place covered in the fridge until needed.

oh this is a great recipe - i usually feel so guilty about using cream - but i think if its tofu and coconut etc... not going to feel too bad. I am saving this recipe!

Could you omit the coconut and use something else? I'm allergic?
